Marshall ValveState VS100R white noise / buzz problems

It's the future calling...did you ever get the buzz out of this Marshall Valvestate? I will be having the same buzz on a customer amp in the year 2018. the same silence then a small snap then an ever constant buzz

Have you ever manage to solve this clean channel white noise hiss problem?
I have exactly same sympthoms in mine, replaced both IC2 and IC4 with no success...
Any input appreciated
