Even though I changed it yesterday, I took your advice and changed it out again. It now works. Thank you Bill52 ,, and Enzo!
Sorry about the pin number mix up I should know better. Also should know how to make my columns easier to read

Are the two 16 volt supplies back to normal? Is the voltage on the pins of U2 back to normal?
