All filter caps replaced with exact values, as well as bias caps for good measure. Amp is now quiet, except for a mechanical vibration coming off the shielding can the PT is in. Giving it a good squeeze will temper it, but I think that's just the way it is going to be, because I can't get the can off to see it something could be inserted to dampen the vibration. They painted it shut after the 8 little screws were installed, and I am not going to ding it up or strip those screws.
