McMaster-Carr has them a little cheaper with choice of rubber (9376K17) or neoprene (9213K12).

WARNING! Musical Instrument amplifiers contain lethal voltages and can retain them even when unplugged. Refer service to qualified personnel.

There is a lot of stuff on eBay for close to $1 for each piece. Need to determine the right size.

Right now my best guess on the original size of the mount is 17 mm wide x 10 or 11 mm high. Bolt studs extend about 10 mm in each direction.

If I find something shorter in height I can compensate on the new mounting blocks.

Going to start another thread as I also have electrical questions.

A quick application of the old wooden school ruler showed me 1/2 inch high on the rubber cylinder by 1/2 inch wide. I s'pose 5/8 wide on the Grainger or McMaster part is close enough for rock n roll.

Don't forget, the side of the mount that fits the end-blocks, has to have a mating threaded slug in the wood. Next let's find some of those. Whoever has 'em both, reasonably priced, wins our business.
This isn't the future I signed up for.

Hoping to re-use the old ones. Should be able to tap those out. Will give all that a shot when I get some scrap wood to make the blocks.
