  • Pro Reverb Line Out Issue

Hi, After a quick solution to an issue I've got.

Just tried to use the Line Out on my Silverface Pro Reverb Ultralinear for the first time ever as I need it for recording this weekend only to find it didn't work. Pulled the chassis and the circuit doesn't match up with the schematic as the pull boost circuit has been removed. There are other obvious mods in there making it a real headfudge. Can anyone offer advice as to what has happened?
I basically just need the line out to function correctly again so if anyone know a quick reqiring fix to get a line out signal to that jack then I'm all ears.
Below is the scheme and a quick sketch of how the amp is now. Theres an additional 470K resistor and some value changes after it. Line out jack no longer seems to go to the master volume.

OK, so removing the 470K seems to have fixed it. Can't understand why that was put there. I understand those 1M resistors now. Earlier blackface values.

Alas the Line out also gives a high pitched whistling so any ideas on that greatly recieved......

try a capacitor in parallel with 270 ohm resistor, maybe 10/100nF

Theres an idea. Might filter it off.

Noticed I haven't got the .01 around the 820k either so I'll reinstate that.
