Peavey 5150 Power tube pcb is dead

Hi
I fix the pcb finally. And I power on the amp. The fuse is blow. I find out I short one of 6L6 tube socket pin 3 to pin8.
Will my amp have any problem?
Because I don’t have space fuse, I can’t power on the amp after I disconnect the pin 3 to pin 8
