Yes, pull the power tubes and measure the voltages in the sockets, in particular the bias on pin 5 of each.

Thank you sir... Once again, your ninja skills come through! It was indeed the bias... I measured 0 volts D.C. on pin 5... Checked the 1/4 amp fuse... yeah... it measured 300K ohms.. lol! Changed that and all is well... I do appreciate everybody's help and input... I really do... This is pretty much the best forum on the net in my humble opinion...
