Does anybody have any ideas on the tremolo bleeding through when it is turned off. It's controlled by a 500k pot that's an on/off and speed control. I bought this amp as my first project and the thing was a mess. I pretty much have everything straightened out but this is killing me and it has to be something simple that I'm overlooking.

So, when you turn the trem knob all the way down and click it into the OFF position, do the switch contacts on that control actually open? For that matter, has someone wired across the switch at some point because it would never go ON? Opening that switch should kill the trem instantly.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
