  • GK 250ML

    Finally have it up and running. Went ahead and changed out the two 2200uf filter caps, speaker surrounds have been replaced. Cranked it up and sounds really good. I don't have a scope or other equipment to check to see if anything needs to be adjusted per the service manual. Hoping to find someone local to take care of that.

      If you only changed filter caps, I don't see why any adjustments would be necessary.

        Oh no.....there was a laundry list of bad parts on one amp section and in the power supply section. Just looking at the service manual showing a series of tweeks for setup but you're probably right. .....if it plays well probably not necessary

          Oh, I see that now. You started yet another thread. IMO, that just adds confusion. You should have just added this information to the existing thread. There's no point in starting yet another thread about the same amp.
