Silverface Fender Bassman 100 - Checking Voltage Question?

- 438 v

The voltage at the first 22µ shouldn't be higher than the voltage at the standby switch.

Please post a schematic so we can identify parts.

Shorted turns of an OT primary won't show in DC voltages, but will result in weak output.
Did the OT pass the "neon test"?

Here's a schematic. I also have some layout drawings if that would help let me know. I just ordered a NE-2 neon bulb so just waiting for that. hopefully these voltage readings don't show a problem that would cause damage to tubes or other parts of the amp etc. I would really love to play it for a bit to see how it sounds just kind of hesitant to do so...

Please make sure that voltage drops along points A, B, C, D.
In post #31 you reported point B voltage being than at point A, which doesn't make sense.

ok i uploaded a layout which shows a top view of the capacitor board at the bottom of the layout. i measured caps again here are the readings from left to right as far as the layout shows them:

224v, 452v, 450v, 434v, 382v

do these readings make sense? thanks

I think your supply voltages are ok.
Don't like to work with layouts. Should be much easier for you to see where the wires connect.

What is your main concern? Fender amps have a shorting speaker jack to prevent OT damage in case you forget to connect the speaker.
Does the amp seem to be working ok aside from having to replace a power tube?
