      Those numbers seem good now, depending on what you are using for power tubes.
      If you are using 30W 6L6GC type tubes, you are good, maybe biased a bit on the warm side (compared to stock).
      Using 23W real 5881 tubes, that would be biased way hot.

        FWIW I've seen balancing resistors for series-wired hi voltage filter caps anywhere from 56K (in some old Marshalls) up to 470K. 7M2 seems way out of line to me. Lyle Psionic seems very much on the ball about practically everything - if you're wondering just what it is that you saw post the question on his video. You might get an answer. What's the worst that could happen, nothing? In any case I'd select a resistor pair in the range mentioned above and stop sweating over it. "Close enough for rock 'n roll."

          see his edit to post #28, the bleeders were found to actually be 220K.
