No sound all lights displays are on but no output??

It's a Line6.
Firstly check speaker connections and listen for a thump as you power it on/off. Check for a preamp out, with another amplifier.
If it has the usual software issues and you cannot reset the software, send it to a Line6 authorised repair shop.

Check fuse F1: power tube heater fuse.
