Peavey pvx p15 low output

good deal . i was thinking about just injecting 1/2 a volt just to see where I was at.They are roughly the same. I have found a few smd caps(
preamp section) in the 10 ohm range on ESR wanna say they were 47uf/25v.

If both the horn and woofer are low volume and the power supply is good, I would suspect something right at the input- at or before U1. Is the output low using any input? I'd check L1 and L2 at the input. Check output pins (1&7) of the IC for DC to see if the op amp may have shorted. You could also scope through the circuit and se where your level drops.

I'd first check speakers. You could have speakers with shifted gaps.

Could you please elaborate (are you talking like voice coil rub?)

Also what do d8 and d50 signify when on? I see they are on the diag line for temperature and Everything Else( what??)
On one of the amps( I have 2 cabinets) d8 is off while d50 is on(green) Amp2 Both are green.

Dumb question L1 600 ohm ferrite check with ohm meter?

No DC on U1 p1,7
Inputting .350mV 1k sine 1/4in jack getting about .107mV at U1 p1 and at all the other opamp outputs. I got my backup multimeter just to be sure. I'll pull out the scope next but i feel its not amplifying.
voltage at all the opamps v+- is now 14vDC so something is pulling it down on the preamp.
