What to do with the unused pins on half of a dual op amp?

Hi all. I need to use only half of the 4558 dual op-amp. What should I do with the pins on the unused other half to avoid problems?

Ground the Plus input and connect the Minus input to the output.

WARNING! Musical Instrument amplifiers contain lethal voltages and can retain them even when unplugged. Refer service to qualified personnel.

True, but if you are using it with split supply.

If single supply, connect +IN to Vref.
