I bought this amp from ebay for $140 bucks. It is dead as far as sound goes but powers up. according to the prevous owner it worked when he bought it and when he got it home it powered up but no sound came out. I only bought this so I could tinker with it to start and become familiar with tube amps and fixin/tweaking them. Im sure ill have a million questions but I know with help from you guys i'll get through it. Where do i start? blead off the caps?

I would first start with checking fuses. I believe on these there are some that are internal to the amp itself which means that you'll have to open it up to get to them.

I see you're new here on the forum. This is the "Theory & Design" section but we have another section specifically for maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting. Perhaps your thread will get more responses if you post it there instead. Here's the link to that section -
