Santa left me 100 complementary pairs of 150W power transistors. I decided to build some class A power amplifiers. After pricing 3 foot lengths of heat sink extrusion, I'm going with personal computer CPU fan/heatsink assemblies. Each transistor will be limited to about 20 to 25 watts. I've been reading Pass, Hood and some others on the subject. I'm tempted to use a choke input power supply.
WARNING! Musical Instrument amplifiers contain lethal voltages and can retain them even when unplugged. Refer service to qualified personnel.
REMEMBER: Everybody knows that smokin' ain't allowed in school !
