Opamp for effects loop? 0-18v?

I'm trying to build an effects loop for a Marshall sl5. The power supply is 18v or 12v and 0. Any ideas, is there something designed 0-18 that'll have a 0dc out? Thanks

So you need to use a single-sided supply. That ain't no problem. You bias the opamp to DC offset equaling half of the supply voltage, then capacitively couple the stages.
