  • connect 2 combos peavey classic

    can i connect 2 combo amps .an old peavey classic vt 212 50 to another combo using the pwr amp out socket of the peavey . seems to work but will i damage the amp

      So long as each of the amps still has it's own speaker connected, it should work just fine.

          I think there is some loose terminology here.

          The only thing I would consider a "power amp out" jack is the one you connect speakers to. You DO NOT want to connect that to anything but a speaker.

          However, you can connect any "preamp out" jack to some other "power amp IN" jack, and that is OK.

          The terms IN and OUT next to a jack have specific meaning.
          Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

              yes back panel has a pre amp out and pwr amp in as well as 2 speaker sockets main and aux.sorry my mistake not pwr amp out
