    I dig doing conversions. I have a few, but my maximum budget for a donor amp is about $30-$40. Starting out with that kind of investment would take the fun out of it.

      Thing looks like a Navy semaphore light communications box @ 1941, or a heater from an early 50's Studebaker/Nash/Hudson. There is a sort of ugly attraction. I bid $10.
