Have you got any drawings with the measurements?

I have all the measurements. I just moved so I don't have that notebook here.

Obviously I had been working on this project a while but got sidetracked.

It would be possible to describe everything scientifically, but it would make no sense; it would be without meaning, as if you described a Beethoven symphony as a variation of wave pressure. — Albert Einstein

          Hi

Does anyone know what kind of magnets were used in the original Wal pickup?

A few question on the Wal pickups, if anyone knows...

Does anyone have a source for C8 magnets in these sizes?

Does anyone know the dimensions of the keeper bars? Also, are keeper bars of this apparent size going to cause a lot of eddy currents?

                  Doh! Missed that.

I have that book, too. I guess it's been so long since I've gone through it, that I forgot it had pickup info in it. I'll have to check it out and see what info's in there.

Joe, I meant a source for acquiring C8 magnets of that size.

I've got a box of the magnets from the vendor that sells them to Wal. I have it written down somewhere...

Several of the UK foundries went kaput in the early 1990s so not all magnets that were are still available.

These were purchased recently... like in the last 4 years.
