Talk about a horrible business to deal with, and a horrible bunch of human beings (and I use those words very loosely) to speak to trying to get something strightened out over the phone.
I once got cought up in a situation involving Ed Roman Guitars and after dealing with them for like 3 or 4 months over it I swore I'd never again, ever.
Absolutely horrible customer service, phone staff etc, the guy must have some other income I can't understand how a business so bad to their customers can survive.
