I have sent emails in the past with no response. Several of us have had issues getting a hold of you for price quotes, and checks.
Will the new email be better? I hope so.

Hey terry. The number I gave you will be great. and so will the email. I am on the email every day and every night except on the weekends. But some weekends I come in all three days and answer questions. We did have ALOT of problems there because we had 2 differant emails but now its either ebay or hotmail. The aol one was my fathers but It got too overwhelmed with questions that we had to get a new one addictionfx@hotmail.com and here too I will be on every day, I know customer service hasent been our fourte. But I am trying to get everything together so you dont have that problem. Also I can invoice directly through paypal so we dont have to deal with ebay. Which every way you want to do it. Again Terry I am so sorry the last thing I want is our customers not happy

Customers not happy, geez I thought I was black listed when I asked for a quote about 3 months ago and go nothing but the runaround, yes we will give you a price soon etc etc, also I was told they weren't using USPS for international anymore and so the price was going to go through the roof with shipping. I never did get my quote and just figured the place was kaput.

We appreciate what your Dad and you are trying to do. Some of us here have small businesses and we know it's hard to juggle everything.

That being said, quite a number of us have attempted to communicate with your Dad, to ask specific questions about item and he never responds. Even "I don't know" would be better. I am one of the luck ones to whom he responded once upon a time, but over the last few months all I get is silence.

I'm not angry, why bother? Life's too short. I just get my parts elsewhere. Although I do like a lot of what you guys make, if I can't get answers to my questions, I will either make it myself or buy it elsewhere. I think this speaks for most of us here, too.

But keep going Hannah, stay with it and make it better.
