I started hitting "like" on the first few beautiful instruments here, I figured I'd end up liking most of the displays

Geez, this is a cool thread. In fact, photo threads are always cool.

Carved Single Cutaway top with set neck and my "Snakeburst" finish. (and yes, it has my own pickups in it...)

I made a similar one for a friend's wedding/birthday (I promised it to her at her wedding recpetion, and finally delivered it on her birthday). Unfortunately, sparkle finishes never look as impressive in photos

Here's a semi-hollow with a flatsawn zebrawood top. (Note the Zebrawood pickup rings and knobs)

Most of the stuff I do these days are Multiscale guitars, and I'm lucky enough to pretty much pick and choose my clients. These are a few years old, but you get the idea...

Just moved to a new premises, and I'm not publishing the address to avoid people popping in to annoy me, so you'll be seeing a lot more guitars leaving the shop. It's amazing how much time goes into the whole customer service thing. Let my staff go, and taking on hardly any repairs now (just the interesting stuff and good repeat clients). My best work is still yet to come... exciting times ahead!

I have the same problem you do, so when I moved my facility earlier this year I didn't post the new address. Otherwise people would just walk in at any old time and expect a tour. I love my customers, but I do have to get something done sometime...

John, that is a cool looking guitar. What exactly is your guitar made of?

Care to share any construction details?

It's beautiflul indeed. Looks like Maple....a luxury we don't get to have very much of down in the southern hemisphere so I might be wrong.
