Its not like any of Ronnie's guitars that I have ever seen, so that's a red herring..

That's the same guitar. I don't think Player meant to imply it was Ronnie's guitar. Player may have been confused about the pickup model at some point (oh, say, 11 days ago).

Maybe there's other stuff out there at that price that you've seen, I'm not really up on the market. But on the flipside, considering some of the new stuff that goes for 2 or 3K, I think it's kind of sad if a quality built one-off piece like this can't fetch a grand.
