I have a spool of 43 and would like to try the half round bobbins. If you'd run the estimator for me I'd appreciate it.

I ran both bobbin types.
These are both getting pretty full.
These are just estimates.
Your actual wire size, and ohms per foot will vary, but a good starting place.

The wire size for these layouts are 43SP, 0.00245 diameter, 2212 ohms/per 1000 ft.
