Behringer eurodesk mx3282a external power supply not switching on

Hi I am new to these forums and am at my wits end, I have a Behringer eurodesk mx3282a, and the external power supply will not power on. Is there any reason as to why this could be?

It would be good if there was a diagram I could use for the power supply but can not find one anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated, sorry if this is the wrong place to post.

With the power supply OFF and the supply drained, you may want to try looking for a faulty diode.
Or an open copper trace, bad solder connection.
I agree, it would be convenient to have a schematic & a board layout.
Alas, none are available. (that I know of).
It really is an easy circuit.
Follow the line connector in to the board.
(With the unit OFF)
It hits four diodes.
Check them for opens or shorts.

The power supply unit itself seems dead? Or the power lights on the mixer won;t come on?

If the power supply itself seems dead, go inside, it has to be pretty basic a problem. Fuses, dead switches, wires off.

You can test the outputs of the power supply with it not connected to the mixer.
Its a fairly basic power supply.

Assuming your power switch is good, it's a good possibility that you have an open power transformer if you have NO voltages. There IS a slim possibility that you have all cooked regulators as well. We've repaired hundreds of those and really, there's not much else that can go wrong. Power switch > transformer > single-stage regulators. as simple as it gets. Check the PCB for soldering issues as well.
