Hi, I need the monitor master volume pot for a Mackie 808M powered mixer. I have the pot out but can't find any ID info on it other than Alps 02C503. Seems to be a 50k pot but I'm having trouble locating a schematic. All I need is a part number & supplier for this part, it has a broken shaft, that's all. It's a plastic D shaft.

Haven't had to pester them for a while, but I used to have no problem getting part numbers and parts directly from Mackie. You may want to just call them.

Thanks, sounds too logical & easy... but I'll give em a shout in the morning.

And I did, pot's in stock (130-042-020) @ $3.13 with the knob (760-023-00) @ $1.50. Now on the way to me.
