I'm still not 100% on this. Without seeing a larger area of the board, with the original component in place, it's not clear to me which of the designators is applicable (ntc1 or var2).
And if that is another component in the var2 position, is it a different type of part? It looks the same.

var2 is still in place. The removed component has to be ntc1.

Sorry ne0 , I am wrong , it is a NTC thermistor , most probably as an inrush limiter.
        Better cancel the flight
        Question to forum
How do you find one to buy with that resistance and a reasonable current rating ?

Or.. perhaps it's in the secondary....

The OP just may be grasping at straws.
          (where is the OP, anyway?)

I would measure the resistance cold & measure it hot.
10 to 1 it is Not open circuit.

The component is in the primary, in serial with the bridge, the bridge and one of the two power mosfet is in shorcut too.

Out of interest - can you post a schematic?

Sorry, I don't have this schematic.

So it's an SMPS, the dead one is the inrush limiter, and it died because one switching MosFet died and also took the bridge with it.

All because they fit a larger fuse than specified, up to and including the classic 30 A car fuse, a nail, or a roll of aluminum paper.

Have you tried contacting the Spain office?
