Update: We finally got the keyboard put back together, but there is still an issue with the mono jacks and the headphone output jack. The balanced outputs work though and the customer says he's ok with it as long as it can output a signal. I'll just make sure I don't recommend a roland keyboard for anyone since parts are hard to find and they take too long to ship.
