I happen to have a cheap DMM with 1M@DCV and 750k@ACV.
Also doesn't separate (block) DC from AC. Kind of a worst case meter.
Input resistance can be found by wiring a 1M resistor in series with the meter and connecting to a known voltage. If the voltage reading drops to 50%, meter resistance is 1M.
If the reading drops by 9.1% only, meter resistance is 10M.
