Seems to be for Novation Twitch.

Full Compass has the part listed, but out of stock. You might call them to see how long it would take to get one. I believe that part number is the Novation #. Are there any numbers on the original part? If so, you might be able to find it elsewhere by manufacturer number. You'll otherwise need to figure out how to locate a datasheet to find how many detents, etc. What's wrong with the original part? Have you tried cleaning it?
