You need to perform so called "Restoring Factory Presets" procedure (see attached).

If it does not help, amplifier needs repair.

Thank you for your response. While i was trying to reset the amp, or remember the code, I looked up the manual and it listed what you said. However that does not reset the passcode, it only resets the all the digital amp sounds to the factory presets.

I ended up getting lucky and randomly put the correct code in. This allowed me to play the amp as normal.

If you press the 3 and 4 button together and hold them down for 3 seconds it will flash the key pad, then you are able to enter a three digit key of your choosing.

Now i am bake to turn on the amplifier and the key pad will flash waiting for the three digit code i chose...then the rocking begins!

I know this docent help if you don't know the code but once you get in it will allow you to change it to something you will remember.
