I moded my switchblade pedal, after the wire on it shorted and it stopped working.
Id try plugging in your switchblade pedal board into another midi controllable preamp and see if it will switch channels on it. I know the original switchblade pedals on the non tsc version has a issue with the cables being junk and shorting out. I had one go bad on me and i had to have it factory replaced. They sent me a new board and let me keep the old one. I then took apart the original one and drilled a hole through it, after taking out the old cable and found me a female midi jack connector, and soldered it into place, so i could plug in any cable i wanted.
I am having big volume spikes with my H&K SB 100 tsc combo. It happens mostly on the lead channel and its very intermittent. H&K wouldnt go into too much detail about what could cause it but they said it may be the first preamp tube. It seems way too early to have a problem like that but could be. Why wouldnt i notice it on other channels as much?? Anybody?

One of possible defects is an opening in one of anode resistors.
It is a time wasting to find it, because it is intact almost all the time.
Even when it is absolutely burned and opened, externally it looks okay.
