    Hi,

    I have a damaged Randall RD50Hreceived as a present, board RD50-A.PCB, date: 2010-12-25.

I tried calling Randall and without the bill they "can't" do anything.

    Thanks in advance

Why would they ask for the bill?
      Ridiculous.
All they need to know is Serial number and if you wish to be more precise , you can send them a sharp readable picture of the serial number plate which often mentions the full model name, so as to avoid confusion.
      But nothing more than that.

Sounds like they wanted the bill, meaning "proof of purchase", in other words they were loooking at it as potential warranty claim.

I would call them and ask for the schematic for the amp. Unless it was under warranty, I would not expect them to "do anything" else.

          You're right of course.
Looking at the tree didn't see the forest
But if its-electric writes them again, stating that the shop Tech who's going to repair it needs the schematic, yes, it's reasonable that they'll send a copy.

So the amp is 2 years old.
And the OP wants the factory to do what?
            I'm confused.

              He just wants the schematic.
