J111 can be replaced with J108 if gate-source voltage does not exceed 25V.

What is the application? There may be many more suitable replacements if the application is generic enough.

J-111 I have plenty if you need one.
The trouble with FETs is that they are harder to substitute. It's better to get just the right one.

          Hi Oleg.
What will you use it for?
          Amplification / switching / compressor?
It's a very common and generic FET, as plain vanilla as they come.
I *guess* that being in Russia, you have access to European types, such as BF245 and similar ones.
In that case, suggesting a "J-something" or a "2N-something" *may* be not be available locally, so we need to know what you will use it for.
A schematic (or least the part where it works) will help a lot.

            Hi J M Fahey!
Transistors was appl in the scheme of a muting, on characteristics anything close are not present, the main thing - resistance of transition (it are no more 30 Ohm).
Part of the scheme I attaches, on the scheme VT1 & VT2 transistors.

              Oleg,

J111 can be easily purchased in Poland, for example here: J111 - TME
Maybe you could try contacting them?

                Hi Oleg.
Markus Bass has given you a way of getting the real thing, closer to home.
If you are in a hurry and don't want to wait for delivery, that muting circuit is the easiest function to accomplish.
Buy a few cheap N Channel Fets, (ironically, the cheaper the better) and measure Drain to Source resistance, select the lower ones.
Keep the others for future use
**Just double check pinout, they may not be the same**
