  • Ce_anCe AM-301 amp

    Hello Schematic collectors...
I have a Chinese power amp, which appears to be 300 watts per channel at 8ohms. I never heard of the brand Ce-anCe or model AM-301. It has two problems where a schematic would really be helpful, a low ticking sound from either channel when driving a load to just below clipping, about 4 volts before clipping. Monitoring the power supply rails reveals no noise. The ticking is about 1/100th the rate of the waveform. The second problem is one channel is intermittent in coming out of standby on cold start turn-on delay.
Anyone have a schematic for this amp?

      Thank you Jazz P
I wrote to them last week and got a reply that it was an old model and they did not support it any more so I figured I would try here. I made progress on it tonight but was hoping i did not have to draw out the diagram. The amp itself is now fine after finding a diode the was leaking at 64 volts but working at any v below that level. After replacing it I swept it with my curve tracer and sure enough it was breaking down at a finite reverse voltage 140 v too low.
