Well does any one have an idea to troubleshoot low output? The volume is very low.

Start with fx send/returns to check if its a preamp or power amp problem.

Tell me, do you have one that's a better quality. When I open file I can't see any values. Too blurry..

I found that if you install Sumatra PDF Sumatra PDF reader
That it renders the file correctly, nothing else I tried would work right. But sumatra pdf works fine, used to use it years ago.

Even using Sumatra, it is blurry.

It looks like a bad scan attempt.

I'm able to read it all. Before in adobe it was blocky letters like a font problem. With sumatra schematic info is a light shade of grey but component values are clear to me.
