what is the fault your having?

hello,, the map will not power up and a visual inspection shows R112 blown apart think it is part of the soft start up circuit, so looking for diagram etc..

It's right there in the service manual (post #4). Right off the AC line. It's an NTC thermistor. There's even a parts list with a part number for you.
