Trace Elliot AH250

I have a Trace Elliot AH250 amplifier that has some issues. I need the schematic but can't find it... Help!!!

the AH500 may be what you need.
I am not familiar with the amp, but the AH250, may be the AH500 with one power amp only
AH300 & AH500 attached

Okay thanks! I haven't got a clue actually. Guess I have to open it up and see if it is a one power amp version of the 500.

Ill have to look it up, I don't have the amp here in my home...

Major suspects are transistors or fets. I don't have that much experience from SS amps.

If not remembering wrong, the 500 is 2x250 under a single hood, so 500 schematic should do.

And 350 should be the same as 250 with an extra pair power transistors.

I called Peavey.
This is what they have.
Take note that on the power amp page, the box states it is for AH150 & AH250.
So you should be good to go.

I think I'll have a go at the power transistors, judging by the schematic they seem to run quite hot. Maybe they're just worn out..?

Generally if output transistors are running hot, it is due to a problem elsewhere, such as misadjusted bias.
