IT'S FIXED! I can't believe it, I fixed it. This was really easy and that's because I have the right tool....the Solder Sucker or Pump and it did not take long at all. Without that tool it would have been practically impossible. So now my goal is to sell it. I haven't done any research on what kind of fee I should be shooting for. If anyone has an idea of the price range of this amp please let me know. I want to thank you all for your support and help. Great website.

Google the make and model, see what they are selling for on ebay, at places like Reverb, com, the online sellers of used gear. etc.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

Well, I finally fixed the KC 300 and it sounds pretty good. I checked out two other amps the Fender and the Hamilton, both bass amps, and I didn't like them. They are both light amps, around 20lbs, but not for keyboard. So for now I"ll hang on to the KC 300 until I find something I like. I want to thank you all for your great help, your patience and encouragement. I don't think I would have tackled this without your support. Sus4.
