Is there a particular area of the circuit you are trying to fix?

Want to look at the circuit and see if there are any tweaks I can perform to give it just a "little more juice".

You want more juice get a more sensitive speaker....Best bang for the buck with the least work.

By juice I mean overdrive. I like the way it sounds but don't want to have to use a boost into the front end to get it.

That is pretty much it but there may be few errors.
                Near relay 1, R67 is 470K
Another segment of relay 1 bypasses R63 in cathode circuit of V1b
R55 at V2b is 220K, the cap connected to it is C30, 47n
At bottom of PI circuit, R49 goes to ground, not to R50/NFB
To right of PI, R41/R42 junction goes to ground. DI circuit gets signal from 16 ohm tap of OT
Power tube cathodes are connected, then R3 and C5 (in parallel) go from cathodes to ground

Just thought should attribute the initial work of drawing the rough schematic with thanks to Jason Fieldhouse back in 2019.
