I suggest by posting a schematic.

If there is just no sound, check the ext speaker socket, its contacts are wired in series with the internal speaker and gets tarnished causing no output.
Support for Fender, Laney, Marshall, Mesa, VOX and many more. https://jonsnell.co.uk
If you can't fix it, I probably can.

It seems to me that the OP simply wants to know what is wrong with his amp.
        Good luck with that!!
If the OP could kindly supply us with some pertinent info we MAY be able to help trouble shoot the problem.
        Pertinent as in:
What skill set do you have to apply to the repair?
What have you checked so far?

          Firstly
          1. Does the amp receive AC main voltage.
          2. Do the LEDs light up when you turn on the power switch.
          3. Check the AC main fuse.
          4. Reset amp to factory settings

Also, we don't know if it's the XL or the GX.

There should be some unwritten rule here that thou shall not give a response to such a vague non-specific question. But I think R14 and C9 are probably your best bet to fix it.

edit: Of course I am only goofing off with that response but seriously we need more information to be helpful.
