Not sure what "RC beside check with device" means?

        Q608(0.88v/0.70) diode test
how would you test K600(relay) with no voltage?

Ohm test. You can see if relay is in correct state or if ontacts are fused. There should a diagram on it or you can pull datasheet.

Don't see any dead resistors or capacitors near Q608/K600 so far.

Replaced C645 again after nothing else reading bad. Probably did a better job soldering this time. Have signal. Thanks for the help.

Correction: Worked for about 15 minutes, now no power again. Guessing something is blowing C645.

Pretty sure I can assume K600 is good becase I had signal for 15 minutes.

Why? Is C645 bad now or is it something else. Have you gone through the troubleshooting guide i supplied?

Is C645 being subjected to voltage higher than it's voltage rating?

Yes, have been thru troubleshooting guide except where external power supply is required. I'm assuming C645 is bad again. Have replaced it twice now. Figure another component(s) are blowing it at this point.

Not sure yet. I will have to replace it again and test when the power will stay on for about 15 minutes before C645 blows again.

check tp601 for voltage an report back. You are using a 63v cap right?

One on left was in it, one on right is what I replaced it with. Back with voltage tomorrow, Thanks. Click image for larger version
