I'm serious, in a recent video at the Gibson factory, women are running the winders. Leo Fender was no idiot, women have better hand/eye skills and are more reliable than men workers. Guys always have some excuse for fucking up, don't hear women doing that.....assembly workers in alot of electronics places are all women, there IS a reason.....

This is also true according to Seymour, as well as Andy Marshall from THD amps. Andy suggests I hire little Asian women.

You guys ought to actually buy and READ some books sometimes about the stuff you're making. Leo Fender hired women because they all had sewing machines and were used to working with thread. They were used to threading needles and doing very precise work with tiny object, I was gonna say like all your DICKS, but I thought I would be nice for once. :-)

The gal running the Gibson winder is Asian by the way. Just for example here, my wife and I both make most of our money doing design work, she will take something to a way finer degree of perfection than I"ll bother with and I'm a perfectionist. I still say hire a woman and yeah probably hispanic or Asian because white women are lazy....

I've read that also. But think of this.. there are, and were men, who are tailors, and they can operate a sewing machine. But... the women were the ones working in factories. My mother made sequins, on machines with thread and needles and bobbins...

because white women are lazy....

Now come on you two, my wife is white and is an absolute trojan. I might put in 18 hour days but a lot of that time I'm not really doing a great deal where as my Mrs works her ass off from the moment she gets up. But then she's got a lot of ass to work off!
I've had the misfortune to work in a factory. Most of the staff there were women. I couldn't generalize about which racial group were the laziest. I saw it from all racial groups. Some of those women worked like robots while some found excuses to be off the production line as often as possible. Some were very dexterous and some were hopeless.
