I wish them luck, the WR pickup design was a sales dud, I was a kid when they were designed and came with my Tele Deluxe. Loved the guitar, hated the neck pickup. You can get nearly the same deal just by making a humbucker with alnico slugs instead of screw poles, but it will be very bright. The original PAF patent was for a double slug bobbin pickup, but with a bar magnet. I dont really think threaded magnet pole pickups are going to create much interest out there, personally....
