That looks like an end-pull wire stripper

The first one was EASY, a wire wrap tool.

The second one:if end is sharp it might be a flat wire stripper but I guess some kind of connector crimper.

Might do both jobs, first expose copper ends and then crimp them inside a connector.
I have used similar tools.

Second one is a self-adjusting (to wire diameter) wire stripper (as Mick Bailey guessed).
I have one of those, but don't use it anymore.

Wire-wrap wasn't common in Europe so I didn't know the first one.
