    Looks like something that should be on display in your Dentist's Waiting Room to really put the fear into ya. No idea WHAT this is, but I'm already afraid of it.

      I cheated and looked it up. It's hard to tell size from the photo, but knowing what job it does, that thing must be huge.

        A much smaller version would probably work to pull teeth, so you're on the right track.

                      Finally! I know one! Heyco Strain relief tool. I use mine daily. Looks like you've had yours for a while, judging by the red handles.

                                It's a pain to do it right. I used to build many 2X15 cabs and I would end up with skinned knuckles after too much grill cloth work so I mean "pain" literally. I didn't have the tool back then.
