Traynor Bassmaster Tubes

First Post!

What would be the best EL34's for my '73 Bassmaster?

KT77

I just did some work on a Traynor Bassmaster that had a matched duet of JJ KT77's installed and the amp sounded really good.

Thanks!

Are they equivalents or is reworking the amp required?

I've had good luck with EH EL34s in my YBA3. They had no problem with the 700v+ on the plates.

You have all kinds of options. KT66, KT90, 6CA7, KT88, 6550....they'll all run in that amp with just a bias adjust.
