Excellent. I can't remember the last time I got to play a small outdoor, low pressure type gig. Best audiences ever! Looks like huge fun.

Well... The guitar player sounds good! The audio is always poor at small outdoor shows. You cat's have a pocket though.

Looks like a lot of fun! (Thanks for the sample!)
Did the neighbors come over when you started playing?
We used to have jams at our place a few times a year, and invite a lot of musician friends. We never knew what would happen when you mix country, R&R, and mexican musicians together. (Often it was pretty great!)

Pretty much - the place suddenly seemed to fill up quickly

Unfortunately, a lot of the old friends are now gone, and most others don't play any more. My wife and I get together with her sisters, (and sometimes the kids), several times a year, but that's about it.
I do have some practice amps at the shop, so my tool man and I can play a little once in a while after work.

    Cool, Tubes. Very retro.

And forgive me, but in my mind I kept thinking of a banjo back there yub-dub-adubbing some extra rhythm.

Opened YouTube to hear the full song, plus a couple others.
    Congratulations.

    Surftastic

I got an invite on Facebook, and I'd have come if it hadn't been halfway round the world and the middle of winter in NZ.

Just got around to playing the video clip.
Very cool and much enjoyed from the birthplace of surf music.

You can even see some tapping feet in the foreground!
