    Hearing Aids- Is it repairable?

About a week after I got my first digital aid, my dog damaged it. I went to take a bath and placed my hearing aid on a shelf in the bathroom. It might have fallen down. My husband came in for something and he left the door opened. Our dog came in and he was there for some time. I was in the tub with a book. After I got out, I searched for my hearing aid and was unable to find it.
I searched the entire house and finally found it under our bath mat. Our dog has tried chewing on that. I washed it and tried using it again. It worked well. But, I am concerned whether it will get damaged in the future. So, I am planning to consult a hearing instrument specialist in Vaughan soon. Is possible to get the hearing aids repaired?

Funny how every mad scientist's lab was equipped with a Van Der Graaf generator.
And usually a Jacob's ladder or two. https://www.popsci.com/how-to-build-jacobs-ladder
But those floating rings are a lot cooler.

Crikeys, how did I know that this was gonna show up... ? Our newest member Stella's hearing aid soaking wet with dog slobber, it's a wonder she isn't the one screaming like Lucy does when she gets a kiss from Snoopy: "AUGGGH! Filthy dog germs!!!!!"

Stella's post was just too good to delete so I removed the spam link and banned her/him/it (who knows... it might have been the dog dictating the post to Stella!)

Agreed. Imagine her dog swallowed the hearing aid instead of of hiding it under the bath mat, we'd be giving her a different line of advice. And who can blame the dog? A tasty morsel of plastic with a certain amount of gumminess to it, who could resist? "oboy oboy, gotta chew on this, num num num..."
